Three coping thoughts to help you relieve anxiety


  1. Whatever there is to happen, will happen! I do not care… I am acting according to my plans!
  2. Here goes that anxious feeling again, OK, let it be! I am in, I am one with the anxiety!
  3. I’ve experienced this feeling so many times.. soon it will become less intense. I give myself time to relax. I know that I will eventually relax, I always do.
