Three coping thoughts to help you gain courage


  1. Even if I am scared, I can go on. If it takes bravery, I can be brave!
  2. I don’t want to live my life in fear! Therefore, I am taking action now!
  3. Courage takes practice. With each new act of courage, I am building my courage muscles. This is why I am taking action now, so that the next time it will be easier for me!
