  1. I can go on, I can stay motivated, I can keep going!
  2. Even though I don’t feel like it, I am perfectly able to stay strong and persevere!
  3. I just need to take one step at a time, that is all I have to do! I can do that!
  4. I am able to stay calm and focused on my goals. This is enough motivation to keep me going!
  5. If I don’t keep going, I will always wonder “what if?”
  6. If I don’t keep going, even though it might be hard right now, I will disappoint myself! I will start the habit of giving up, and I don’t want to do that!
