Prepare your mind well for the battle with negativity


Whatever you start, you have to be prepared. It is essential that your mind is prepared well for the daily battles with the negative thoughts. Steps to prepare:

  1. While calm: be aware of your thinking process
  2. If  a negative thought comes to your mind – dismiss it! Do not pay attention to it and let it pass. (negative thoughts have no power if not followed)
  3. Replace negative thinking with positive thinking
