Negative thoughts often pretend to be scarier than they actually are


Negative thoughts are illusions. They are not facts but pretend to be! And sometimes they seem quite scary. Here are some quick tips on how to recognize and eliminate them:

  1. Ask yourself the question: How bad is the situation really?
  2. Ask yourself the question: What is the worst that could happen?
  3. Relax. The answers of the two questions above clearly show that the situation is not that bad at all!
