Make it a habit to think positive thoughts


Once you’ve developed the habit of thinking positive thoughts, maintaining positive self-talk becomes relatively easy. Positive thoughts would then automatically come, and you would rarely hear your inner critic in action.

Steps to take:

  • Think positive thoughts whenever you have the chance. The more often you do that, the better.
  • Envision a positive life. Think in positive terms when it comes to your life and your future. Always see in your head the best possible scenarios and outcomes.
  • See yourself at your best! You should always see and recognize your positive features and be able to think the best about yourself. In your head, make a picture of the best possible version of yourself and keep it there. See yourself achieving your goals, making your dreams come true. See yourself being courageous, bold and strong. Always see yourself at the top!
