For positive self-talk, you need to stop complaining

In order for you to maintain positive self-talk, you need to let complaining go. Complaining has never helped anybody, it only makes the situation worse. Negative thoughts love complaining. They get attracted to it!


What to do instead:

  1. Focus on what can be done to improve the situation.
  2. Do all that depends on you. (whatever does not depend on you is not your concern)
  3. Stay calm and try to be positive about the situation.
  4. Distract yourself. Soon you will feel no need to complain.
