For positive self-talk, smile more often


Smiling can be a very powerful tool when used on purpose. Smiling, even a false smile, triggers positive emotions, and therefore, a change in your mood. When we are in a good mood, we are most certainly practising positive self-talk. It is fairly impossible to think positive thoughts and be negative. Smiling makes you feel happy, and feeling happy triggers positive self-talk.
