Five self-encouraging thoughts for dealing with worry


  1. Worry will soon be gone! I don’t care if it is still here ..
  2. Worry is a false alarm in this case.
  3. Worry needs my attention, it needs me to believe in it, it needs me to follow it. But I won’t!
  4. Worry has no choice but to leave! I am not spending even a minute more worrying!
  5. Worry cannot overtake me, I am wiser than that, stronger than that!
