Do not follow negative thoughts, just dismiss them


Whenever a negative thought emerges in your mind, just dismiss it! As simple as it sounds! Negative thoughts have no power if we do not follow them. They need us to follow them, they need us to believe them. If you could manage to dismiss negative thoughts, they will soon leave.

Steps to take:

  1. Do not pay attention to the negative thoughts that arise in your head
  2. Focus your attention on something else (try to stay focused on one thing for as long as you can)
  3. Replace the negative thoughts with positive ones
  4. Voila! Negative thoughts are now gone!
